Vivo T4 Ultra Price Tipped Ahead of India Debut: Leaks Reveal a Feature-Packed Mid-Premium Beast

Vivo’s next big launch in India, the T4 Ultra, has had its pricing leaked just days ahead of its official unveiling. With a powerhouse chipset, 1.5K OLED screen, and Sony’s camera hardware baked in, this phone might just shake up the ₹30K–₹40K segment.

And if the leaks are accurate, Vivo’s planning a bold push into more performance-hungry terrain. Let’s break it down.

₹35,000 Price Tag Could Put Heat on Competitors

Tipster Abhishek Yadav claims the Vivo T4 Ultra will launch around ₹35,000. That’s a noticeable bump from its predecessor, the T3 Ultra, which launched at ₹31,999. Is it worth the extra ₹3,000?

Well, at first glance, the upgrades seem legit.

The T4 Ultra is expected to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor — a flagship-grade chip with solid gaming and multitasking chops. That alone might justify the higher price.

Also, you’re not just paying for raw performance. The camera package and display specs put this phone firmly in the upper mid-range category.

And let’s not forget, Vivo has slowly built a name for itself in the imaging department. This one looks like no exception.

Design, Colors, and Display: Sleek Outside, Bright Inside

This time around, Vivo’s making a play for sleekness. The T4 Ultra is just 7.43mm thick and weighs 192 grams. That’s slim for a phone with so many flagship features.

It’ll launch in two confirmed color options — black and white. Whether we’ll see more vibrant shades later is still up in the air.

But what you’re really staring at is that display. Vivo’s confirmed it’s a 6.67-inch OLED panel with quad curves on all sides. Expect it to feel premium in hand.

And brightness? Ridiculously high — 5,000 nits of local peak brightness to be exact. That’s more than enough to blind you in direct sunlight.

Camera Hardware Leans on Sony’s Sensors

Let’s talk about the camera. This is where Vivo’s upping the ante.

They’re not messing around either — there are two 50MP Sony sensors here. One for the main lens and another for the telephoto.

• The primary shooter is the Sony IMX921 with OIS
• The telephoto lens is a Sony IMX882 with 3x optical zoom and OIS
• There’s also an 8MP ultra-wide sensor to round things off

Three cameras. All functional. No filler macro lenses or pointless depth sensors. That’s a win.

It’s not clear yet what Vivo’s doing on the selfie side — but if the T3 Ultra was any indication, expect something in the 32MP range.

One thing’s certain though — the camera specs already look miles ahead of what many phones at this price are offering.

Software, Battery Life and the Competition It Faces

Vivo T4 Ultra will run FuntouchOS 15 built on Android 15 — a rare combo this early in the Android 15 cycle.

Funtouch has always had its share of critics and fans. The latest version tries to clean up clutter and improve smoothness, especially with the new chip inside.

Battery capacity hasn’t been officially revealed, but going by previous Vivo T-series trends, you can expect somewhere between 4,700mAh and 5,000mAh with fast charging.

But let’s look at the competition — because that’s where things get interesting.

Phones in the same bracket:

  • Realme GT7 – ₹39,998 – Bigger display, Snapdragon chip

  • OnePlus 13s – ₹54,999 – Higher price, slightly better brand value

  • Motorola Razr 60 – ₹49,990 – Foldable form factor, but weaker processor

  • Tecno Pova Curve 5G – ₹15,999 – Cheap, but nowhere near in specs

So Vivo sits right in the sweet spot — above budget, but just below those flashy ₹50K foldables and flagships.

What We Don’t Know (Yet)

A couple of things are still under wraps — and they could swing public opinion either way.

We don’t yet have confirmed battery size or charging wattage. Will it be 80W? 120W? Vivo usually goes big, so fingers crossed.

Also, there’s no info on whether Vivo will drop a Pro version or a T4 base model alongside. They’ve done dual launches before. Could happen again.

And yeah, Vivo’s availability timeline is unclear too. Will it go on sale right after the June 11 launch, or will pre-orders start first?

There’s also been no official mention of an IP rating. Not everyone cares, but for ₹35,000, people might expect at least splash resistance.
