Complex Restoration Process

Filling the central main pipeline with drinking water is a challenging process due to the high pressure load within the pipeline. The restoration involved meticulous observation of the entire pipeline perimeter and related networks. Technical teams assessed the stability of the restored pipeline against water pressure load, ensuring its resilience.

Ongoing Restoration Efforts

The restoration works began on June 17 and continued around the clock. Despite the complexity, the GWP team remained committed to providing reliable water supply to the affected area.

As the water supply gradually returns to normal, the GWP’s efforts demonstrate their dedication to ensuring essential services for communities across Georgia.
