The HR Booth, a leading provider of outsourced HR services, has relocated its headquarters to a new, larger, and modern office space within Lomond Business Park in Glenrothes. The move marks a significant milestone in the company’s journey of growth and expansion, as well as its 10th anniversary.
A Decade of Growth and Innovation
The HR Booth was founded in 2013 by Alistair Booth, who started doing some freelance HR work in late 2010, after engaging with Business Gateway Fife. He received valuable advice and guidance on how to start and grow his business, and soon established The HR Booth as a cornerstone in the Fife and Scottish business communities.
The company offers expert HR services to a growing list of clients, ranging from small businesses to large corporations, across various sectors and industries. The company’s services include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll, health and safety, and more.
The company’s headcount has seen significant growth, expanding from a full-time equivalent (FTE) of 10 in January 2023 to a projected 17 by January 2024. This growth trajectory is a direct result of The HR Booth’s consistent focus on delivering exceptional HR solutions and its dedication to client success.
A New Home for The HR Booth
The new office space in Glenrothes is not only a reflection of the past decade’s success but also a solid foundation for the company’s future. The new office is designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and a vibrant work culture, which are key to the company’s ethos.
The new office also provides more space and facilities for the company’s staff and clients, including meeting rooms, breakout areas, and a training suite. The office is located within Lomond Business Park, a strategic location that offers easy access to transport links, amenities, and other businesses.
The new office was officially opened on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by local dignitaries, clients, partners, and staff. The company also hosted a networking event and a charity raffle, raising funds for Maggie’s Fife, a cancer support centre based in Kirkcaldy.
A Bright Future Ahead
The HR Booth’s new office is a testament to the hard work and dedication of its team, as well as the support of its clients and the local community. The company is well set up for a positive 2024 and beyond, ready to support more Fife, Scottish and UK businesses with its outsourced HR services.
“Our new office in Glenrothes is a milestone for us, as we celebrate our 10th anniversary and look forward to the next 10 years,” said Alistair Booth, CEO and Founder of The HR Booth. “It signifies our commitment to growth and our readiness to support more businesses with quality HR services. We are proud of our journey and are immensely grateful to everyone who has been part of it.”
