David O’Sullivan, the founder and director of DMOS People, said he was delighted and honoured by the nomination.

The Awards Ceremony

The REC Awards 2023 will take place on Thursday, 23 November, at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. The event will be hosted by comedian and TV presenter Dara O Briain, and will feature a gala dinner, entertainment, and networking opportunities.

The winners will be decided by a panel of independent judges, who are experts and leaders in the recruitment industry and related fields. The judges will assess the finalists based on their written submissions, as well as interviews and site visits.
