The best of the New World

The Global Fine Wine Challenge 2023, formerly known as the Six Nations Wine Challenge, is an invitation-only competition that showcases the finest wines of the New World. The participating countries are Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, and the USA. Each country selects 120 wines across 22 classes, which are then transported to Sydney, Australia, and judged blind by a panel of experts from each nation.

The challenge celebrates both the uniformity and the diversity of the New World wines, as the judges compare and contrast the different styles, regions, and grape varieties. The competition is also a great opportunity for the winemakers to benchmark their wines against their peers and gain international recognition.
