Ambassador of Italy Massimiliano D’Antuono Meets with Professors and Students of TSU

Ambassador of Italy Massimiliano D’Antuono and the Education Attaché of the Embassy, Lecturer Ornella Spano, recently visited Tbilisi State University (TSU). They were warmly received by Deputy Rector Erekle Astakhishvili and Maya Javakhidze, head of the Department of Romance Philology at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Western European Languages and Literature within the Faculty of Humanitarian Sciences. During the meeting, faculty lecturers and students engaged in discussions about the significant role TSU plays in promoting Italian language and culture, as well as deepening cooperation in Italian language teaching in Georgia.
